Obituary of Dever Marcellus DeFord

On Wednesday June 3, 2009 Mr. Dever DeFord of Clandonald passed away at the University Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 67 years. Dever is survived by his loving wife Carolyn of Clandonald; 2 daughters: Tammy (Kirby) Peterson of Camrose and their children Leahandra, Tayte & Kaiden, Nadine (Steven) Pope of Calgary and their children Madison and Kyra 1 son: Sheldon (Kimberly) DeFord of Vermilion (Expecting) His siblings: Eugene (Frances) of Clandonald, Ivy (Henry) Dyjur of Clandonald, Duane (Simone) of Stony Plain, Anthony (Sylvia) of Edmonton, Bernice (Dale) Batdorf of Elk Point, Joan DeFord (Jim Kearney) of Edmonton, Mary (Ken) Manweiler of St. Albert, Barry (Cathy Alsop) of Edmonton as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his Father Dever DeFord and his mother Mary DeFord A Prayer Service for Dever will be held at St. Columba Catholic Church, Clandonad on Tuesday, June 9 at 7:30 pm and Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, June 10 at St. Columba Catholic Church at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in the St. Columba Catholic Cemetery, Clandonald.
