Obituary of Laurie Margaret Hobbis

On Wednesday, August 13th, 2009 Laurie Hobbis of Vermilion passed away at the University Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 26 years. She is loved and remembered by her children Monica and Steven Hobbis of Vermilion Her parents: Wayne and Lynn Hobbis of Vermilion; her grandfather: Jim (Fe) Dunn of Wainwright, Grandmother Irene Dunn (Vern Friesen) Of Grand Forks, BC; Grandparents: Robert (Violet) Hobbis of Vermilion, Sisters: Colette (Adam) Colgrove of Surrey, BC, Donna (Bradley) Bendick of Lloydminster, Joanne (Jason) Clampitt of Vermilion, Jammie Hobbis (Heath Richardson) Lloydminster As well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will for Laurie will be held at the Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Vermilion, AB on Wednesday, August 19th, 2009 at 1:00 pm. Donations in memory of Laurie may be made to a trust fund set up for her children, Monica and Steven, at the Vermilion Credit Union.
