Obituary of Florence Isabel Everest

On Sunday, December 20th, 2009 Mrs Florence Everest of Vermilion passed away at the Mannville Long Term Care Complex at the age of 85 years. Florence is loved and remembered by her children: Reg (Linda) Everest of Vermilion Lindsay (Marilyn) Everest of Vermilion, Shirley Everest (Jim Brown) of Kitscoty 9 Grandchildren, Janis (Roland) Melzner, Larry Everest (Lesley Farkash) Kelly (Amy) Everest, Cory (Ashley) Whitlock , Kirby Whitlock, Kari (Shaun) Thomas , Lisa (Jamie) Zacharuk, Charlene Carey, Debbie Carey: 9 Great Grandchildren; Her sister: Kathleen Johnson of Medicine Hat Florence was predeceased by her husband Roy Everest and her son Stanley Everest A Celebration of Florence's Life will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at First United Church, Vermilion at 2:00 p.m. Following the service everyone is invited to join the family in the upper church hall for a time of fellowship and refreshments. Donations in memory of Florence may be made to the Mannville Health Care Complex or to the charity of your choice.
