Obituary of Marvin Thomas Little

On Friday, August 22, 2025, Marvin Thomas Little of Vermilion, Alberta passed away peacefully at the Mannville Care Centre at the age of 88 years.

Marvin was predeceased by his beloved wife, Lynne; his parents, Elsie and Wilfred Herbert Little; his brothers, Herbert and Samuel Little; and his sister, Ruby Cooper.

He is lovingly remembered by his brother Wilfred Little (Calgary), sister Betty Wilson (Alaska), and by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Marvin also leaves behind a wide circle of cherished friends in Vermilion and the surrounding communities.

Known affectionately as “Marv,” Marvin lived a full and productive life, marked by kindness, resilience, and a deep commitment to those around him. His presence was a steady and comforting one, and he will be remembered with great affection and deeply missed by all who knew him.
