Obituary of Jody Patrice Eyben

On  Wednesday September 10, 2025 Jody Eyben passed away in Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 51 years.

Jody is lovingly remembered by her Husband Cary Eyben of Vermilion; Children Blake and Jaxon; 

Parents Pat and Anne Shubert of Turtle Lake, Sk; Sisters Holly (Don) Gabruck, Candice (Trevor) Walker

Mother-in-law Bev Eyben of Vermilion; Sister-in-law Carissa (Dustin) Farkash

 Brother-in-law Shane Eyben (Ryan Wilson) As well as numerous nieces and nephews

She was Predeceased by her Father-in-law Vernon Eyben Grandparents John and Katherine Shubert and Adolph and Mary Henning

A Celebration of Jody’s Life will be held on

Friday September 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM

 in the Vermilion Regional Centre

Donations may be made the Stollery Childrens Hospital or to a charity of one’s choice
