Obituary of Guy Champigny

On Friday, March 6, 2020 Mr. Guy Champigny of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 60 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Diana; two sons, Jean-Guy Champigny and Luc Champigny all of Wainwright; mother, Jeanne Champigny of Willow Bunch, Saskatchewan; siblings, Maurice (Myra) Champigny, Paul (Kathy) Champigny, Louise Lambert, Omer (Dale) Champigny, Georgete (David) Kluk; sister-in-law, Donna (Ryan) Baker as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Jean and brother-in-law, Bert Lambert. A Funeral Mass for Guy will be conducted on Friday, March 13, 2020 at 1:00 PM from the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Wainwright. Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta.
