It is with sadness we announce the sudden passing of Carly Briana Schiller, on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 in the Lloydminster Hospital, SK at the age of 38 years. Carly was always exploring the meaning of life and on a mission to obtain her next goal on her unique journey. Carly is loved and remembered by her Parents Brian and Jo-Anne Schiller of Lloydminster; Brothers Clint (Jeanette) Schiller and Neil Schiller both of Lloydminster; Nieces Quinn, Shelby and Leah; Maternal Grandfather Bernie (Joanell) Woodkey; Uncles Dale (Marilyn) Woodkey, Randy (Cheryl) Schiller; Aunt Darlene Schiller-Oudot; as well as numerous cousins and extended family. She was predeceased by her Paternal Grandparents Wilf and Mary Schiller; Maternal Grandmother Wilma Woodkey; Uncle Kenny Woodkey. Cremation has taken place and a service will take place at a later date. If so desired donations in her memory may be made to the Schizophrenia Society of Alberta (8533-90th Street NW, Edmonton, AB T6C 3L4) Carly always had big dreams and wanted to do so much in life, her heart always shot for the stars but her thoughts couldn’t align. Carly left us volumes of personal journals of her inner struggles, but she was always so optimistic and motivational on every page. “My future is what I make it, my future is what I want, my destiny is in my hands, I can be anything I want to be.” Carly’s two decade struggle with her mental illness is something we can never understand, but your thoughts are clear now. We will always think of you carving down the fresh powder on the biggest slope as free as your spirit. Heading off to your Mustang and on to the next mountain with your sidekick Oakley. Rest in Peace our beautiful daughter, sister and auntie. We Love you Car and will forever miss you.
