Obituary of James Harold Nichol

On Monday, October 23, 2017 Mr. Jim Nichol of Wainwright, Alberta and formerly of Edgerton, Alberta passed away suddenly at his home at the of 76 years. Jim is survived by his loving wife Judy; three children, Tracy (Dean) Martineau of Wainwright, Kari (Randy Furlotte) Nichol of Wainwright, Jim Jr. (Deanne) Nichol of Vegreville, Alberta; eight grandchildren, Rebecca & Brendan Martineau, Danyelle, Dylan & Andrew Napier, Hailey, Madyson & Emerson Nichol; one sister, Marilyn (Walter) Hartle of Wainwright; as well as many extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Mel & Eve Nichol and brother, Freddie. A funeral service for the late Mr. Jim Nichol will be conducted on Friday, October 27, 2017 at 2:00 PM from the Edgerton Agricultural Hall with Mr. Bruce Pugh officiating. Interment will follow in the Edgerton Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the local charity of the donors choice.
