Obituary of Bertha Bischke

Bertha Bischke of Wainwright, Alberta, was born 12 April 1913 in Irvine, Alberta to Fredrick and Alvina Derheim, passed away at Points West Living in Wainwright, Alberta on 17 February 2018 at the age of 104 years. She is survived and lovingly remembered by her son's family: Roy† (Phyllis) Bischke, Rocky (Donna) Bischke with their children, Amanda (Dan) and Danielle (Ian), Roxanne (Ian) Dunbar with their children, Kerie (Fraser), Cody (Sarah) and Cori (Jared); her daughter and family: Vivian (Denis†) Rossetti, Tammy (Randy) Rossetti with son, Mitchel (Jacqueline) and his children, Dominick and Damyn, and Lee Rossetti; as well as many extended family. Bertha was predeceased by her husband, Michael "Mike"; son, Roy Bischke; son-in-law, Denis Rossetti; parents, Fredrick and Alvina Derheim; and numerous siblings. A private family gathering will take place at a later date to honour their dear Mom, Grandma, and Great-Grandma's life. Many heartfelt thanks are extended to the staff at Points West Living for the care and concern shown Bertha during her stay there.
