Obituary of Larry Dickson

On Wednesday, June 12, 2019 Mr. Larry Dickson of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Ponoka Centennial Centre, Ponoka, Alberta at the age of 62 years. Larry is survived by his loving family; his wife Nola of Wainwright; son, Gavin (Emily Reid) Dickson of Wainwright; his Father-in-law and mother-in-law, Art and Betty Pierce of Irma, Alberta; his siblings, Linda (Larry) Fear, Al (Marylou) Dickson, Brenda Dickson, Darlene (John) Dykstra, Stuart (Joey) Dickson, Dick (Jane) Dickson; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Brent (Ev) Pierce, John (Glenda) Argue, Valerie (Dwayne McConnell) Pierce, David (Lily) Pierce; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Lloyd and Hazel Dickson; three brothers, Randy Dickson, Kim Dickson and Sandy Dickson. A Celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 1:00 PM from the Royal Canadian Legion, Wainwright with Reverend Scott Reynolds officiating. Interment will take place prior to the celebration at the Irma Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Alberta or to the Wainwright Auxiliary Hospital Patient Comfort Fund.
