Obituary of Lenor Ida McBride

On Friday, August 23, 2019 Mrs. Lenor McBride of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright General Hospital at the age of 83 years. Lenor is survived by her loving family; three children, Leah Thompson of Wainwright, Lynn Fletcher of Wainwright, Bob (Roxy) McBride of Edgerton, Alberta; seven grandchildren, Wayde (Yvette) Fletcher, Kari (Trent) Aykroyd, Amanda (Ryan) Missler, Sharon (Brent) Woodward, Lindsay (Aaron) Shaw, Kyle (Chelsey) McBride, Quinn (Rachelle) McBride; fifteen great grandchildren; one sister, Margaret Poppleton of Lloydminster, Alberta; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Bill in 1988; two sons-in-law, Delmar Fletcher and Alvin Thompson; one great grandson, Tyler Woodward; one sister, Maxine Pugh. A Funeral service for Lenor will be conducted on Friday, August 30, 2019 at 1:00 PM from the Edgerton Agricultural Hall, Edgerton, Alberta with interment to follow at the Edgerton Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Wainwright Hospital CT Scanner Foundation.
