Obituary of Dawn Elizabeth Worthington

On Monday, November 15, 2010 Dawn Worthington of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Health Centre at the age of 35 years. She is survived by her loving family; her husband, Derek; three children, Hailey, Renai, Thea all of Wainwright; her parents, Ken and Jennie Miller; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dwayne and Sheree Worthington; one brother, Ben Miller all of Wainwright; one sister-in-law, Chantel Worthington of Millett, Alberta; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
