Obituary of Aldea Marie Anna LaFrance

Aldea was born in St Edouard, Alberta on July 22, 1921 and passed away on June 22, 2012. Aldea is the eldest of two daughters born to Edouard and Jeanette Côtè. Married Levi LaFrance October 8, 1940, together they raised four children, Evelyn (Frank) Clish, Paulette (Wes) Kohlman, Dennis (Reneè) LaFrance and Lorraine (Lyle) Glass. She had the greatest career ever, she was a proud mother and enjoyed raising her children. Levi and Aldea settled in Wainwright in the 1950’s. After retirement they enjoyed winders in Mesa, Arizona. Her beloved Levi passed away in 1992 and daughter Evelyn in 2010. Aldea’s cremains will join her Levi’s in Four Peaks, Arizona. Aldea leaves behind not to mourn but to celebrate her life, her grandchildren; Michelle (Ryan), Shannon (Sean), Darcee (Curtis), Keith (Nadine), Eric (Christina), Nicole, Aimeè Michael (Amanda) and Kevin. Aldea’s great grandchildren; Hayden, (newly arrived) Ethan, Gillian, Lena, Hannah, Jonathan, Abigail, Dillon, Jack and Owen. Aldea didn’t want to have a funeral, she wanted to have a private gathering for her friends and family.
