Obituary of Gertrude Miriam Roder

On Saturday, July 28, 2012 Mrs. Gertie Roder of Vermilion passed away in the Vermilion Health Care Centre at the age of 78 years. Gertie is lovingly remembered by her Husband Fritz of Vermilion 3 Daughters- Carla (James) Anderson of Vermilion, Alta. Karen (Dean) Golinowski of Islay, Alberta. Nola (Darrell) Kit of High Prairie, Alberta. 8 Grandchildren- Jared and Arlan Golinowski; Elaina and Perry Anderson; Deklan, Kadin, Brielle, and Brody Kit. Sisters- Vi Budzilka (Ken) of Islay, Alta. Joyce (Ken) Neal of Spruceview, Alta. Phyllis (Angus) McAllister of Innisfail, Alberta. Judy (Marshall) Wysocki of Vermilion, Alberta. 1 Brother Laurence Webb of Mannville, Alberta. She was predeceased by her parents Whyndham and Grace Webb and by her sister Doreen Wharry. In Keeping with her wishes Cremation has taken place and a private family Graveside Service will be held.
