Obituary of Norma Pearl Scoggins

Norma Scoggins passed away on September 24, 2019 in Vermilion at the age of 92 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Heather Newton, Holly (Malcolm) MacLean, and Sharon (Brian) Whincup grandchildren Cindy (Tony) Quon, Brent (Johnanne) Ross, Cayley (Tom) Turgeon, Ashley (Daniel) Dunwoody, Rebecca Whincup (Eric Monkman), and Duncan Whincup (Jonathan Busch); great grandchildren Cameron and Brady Ross, Addison and Cohen Turgeon, and Quinn and Myles Dunwoody; sister Audrey Murray chosen family Don and Norma Ross; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur Scoggins; son in law Barry Newton sister Lucille (Dewey) Howarth; and brother in law Jim Murray. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Mannville McQueen Memorial United Church on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Vermilion Valley Lodge or charity of one's choice.
