Dear Linda and family, There are really no words I can say that will take away the pain however I think we all know he's no longer suffering in pain or feeling the cold. I got to know Gordie really good through all the blood transfusions. We had some really good talks about a lot of different things. Bug one thing that was always consistent was the love he had for his family and even if he never told you you had to know he loved you ALL very much!!! And his grandchildren he loved more then life itself!!! And Linda you were his true soulmate he knew he loved you from the first date and had loved you more today than the first date because of all you have done for him!! You were his strength when he was weak , his drink when he was thirsty , his mind when he could not decide and his memory when he was forgetful. He beat so many battles and he fought this one hard but the odds were against him but he did try so hard. He will always be a hero in my eyes I'm gonna miss you old boy til we meet again.
