Obituary of Rose Semotiuk

On Saturday, August 9, 2014 Mrs. Rose Semotiuk of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Health Centre at the age of 88 years. She is survived by her children, Marcine (Lyle) Roach of Wainwright, Peter M Semotiuk, Ann (Fred) Hurley of Fort McMurray, Alberta; six grandchildren, Jason Roach, Dale Roach, Nathan Miller, James Hurley, Graham Hurley, David Hurley; five great grandchildren as well as an expectant great granddaughter; two brothers, Nick Labatiuk, Bill Labatiuk; one sister, Lillian Sidor. She was predeceased by her husband, Pete; one daughter, Janis. A Funeral service for the late Mrs. Rose Semotiuk will be conducted on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 1:00 PM from the St. Thomas Anglican Church, Wainwright with Reverend Ann Marie Nicklin officiating. Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the CNIB or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
