Obituary of Theresa Schaefer

On Saturday, August 23, 2014 Mrs. Theresa Schaefer of Vermilion and formerly of Lloydminster passed away at the Vermilion Continuing Care, Vermilion Alberta at the age of 94 years. Theresa is loved and remembered by her daughter Lyda (Ralph) Berkan of Vermilion; Grandchildren Marlene (Eric) Schenstead of Warman, SK, Dwayne (Faye) Born of Vermilion, Sharon Pringle (Greg Caouette) of Leduc, Lynda (Dean) Mari of Blackfoot, David (Bobbi-Jo Sweeny) Born of Vermilion; Sisters Viola Schaefer & Bernice Heppner; Sister-in-law Elsie Tetz 12 Great Grandchildren, 20 Great Great Grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends She was predeceased by her infant daughter, Betty, husband Paul, 2 brothers Hilbert & Edward Kuehn and her sisters Esther Jones & Clara Schaefer. A Memorial Service for Theresa will be held at First Lutheran Church, Lloydminster, Alberta (2925-57A Ave.) on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor John Haycock officiating. Donations in memory of Theresa may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
