Obituary of Jeanette Victoria Gagnon

On Thursday, April 16, 2015 Mrs. Jeanette Gagnon of St. Paul, Alberta and formerly of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the age of 66 years at the Sturgeon Community Hospital, St. Albert, Alberta. She is survived by her loving family; four children, Craig (Xiaofeng) Mitchell of Cochrane, Alberta, Carla Mitchell of Camrose, Alberta, Jo-Anne (Allan) Donkin of Olds, Alberta, Karen (Keith) Griffith of Wainwright; eight grandchildren, Christopher Mitchell, Natalie Mitchell, Marie Skinner, Jesse Donkin, Makayla Donkin, Jacob Donkin, Tenille Griffith, Ashley Griffith; two great grandchildren, Adelynn Skinner, Rosalie Skinner; one brother, Paul (Judie) Michie of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; one sister, Cheryl Adamson of Medicine Hat, Alberta. She was predeceased by her husband, Gene Gagnon; one son, Mark Mitchell; her parents, John and Dorothy Michie; one brother, Jack Michie; two sisters, Catherine Morgan, Doreen Thorburn. A Funeral service for the late Jeanette Gagnon will be conducted on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 2:00 PM from the St. Paul United Church, St. Paul, Alberta with Reverend Marlene Britton-Walfall officiating. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the SPCA.
