My heart aches with sadness for Darren, Chase and the rest of the family. Brenda was a good friend of mine for 38 years. Many memories from meeting her on the first day of grade 1, to childhood birthday parties, to cruising Main Street every Friday and Saturday night, to settling down as wives and mothers, many meaningful heart-to heart talks, . Until we meet again Brenda...... You may have left the earth but you live on in the hearts of everybody who knew you. May the family be comforted by the memories of this beautiful wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. Love Kelly and Family

My thoughts and prayers are with Brenda's family as they go through this difficult time. Though Brenda and I drifted apart over the years I still thought of her fondly.Brenda was one of the first friends I made when I moved to Vermilion, my mom always knew where and who she could find me with if she needed me.We often went on summer vacations together. I remember one year when she came with us to Grande Cache. We were heading home and had made it a good distance from Grande Cache when we stopped for the night at a camp grounds and realized we had left Brenda's suitcase there so we had to go back the next day to get it, it didn't bother us kids any as it just meant one more day of holidays before going home.We used to have so much fun. I miss that over the years. May you Rest In Peace Brenda and we'll see you again, maybe Dean might actually give us that bottle of strawberry champagne he owes us.

Wish I had the chance to get to know Brenda better. We only recently met and I knew from the first minute that she was a genuine, down to earth person. She connected instantly with my daughter and we were looking forward to having her be a care giver. Such a beautiful soul. Rest in peace Brenda. Prayers for strength and comfort for all the family especially Darren and Chase.
