Obituary of Edith Lilian Davis

On Sunday, November 22, 2015 Mrs. Edith Lilian Davis of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at Wainwright Long Term Care Hospital at the age of 94 years. She is survived by her loving family; four children, Margaret (Ross) Martyn of Leslieville, Alberta, Rita (Denny) Gosselin of Wainwright, Bill Davis of Wainwright, Selena (Darrell) Dahlgren of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan; ten grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter; four sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd, one grandson, Dean Gosselin; one brother John Chrisp and by her parents William and Sarah Chrisp. A funeral service for Edith Davis will be conducted on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 1:00PM from the Church of the Nazarene, Wainwright with Pastor Ryan Wood officiating. Reception will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion immediately following the service. If so desired, the family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the Wainwright Cemetery Fund.
