Obituary of Marguerite Marie Fletcher

On Saturday, January 23, 2016 Mrs Marguerite "Jiggs" Fletcher passed away peacefully at Wainwright Long Term Care Hospital at the age of 100 years. Marguerite is survived and remembered by her loving family; 3 children, Doug (Carol) Fletcher of Wainwright, Delmar (Lynn) Fletcher of Wainwright, and Adele (Jack) Pollock of Regina, Saskatchewan; 8 grandchildren, Todd Fletcher (Jamie McIldoon), Dallas( Brandie) Fletcher, Brooke (Curtis) Longmuir, Wayde (Yvette) Fletcher, Amanda (Ryan) Missler, Lindsay (Aaron) Shaw, Lee Fraser and Kelly Fraser; 16 great grandchildren, Kendal, Rylan, Tristan, Teylor, Presley, Walker, Lincoln, Logan, Jorja, Austin, Mason, Chase, Blake, Hayden, Jenaya and Dallan, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Marguerite is predeceased by her husband Vernon Fletcher; parents, Joseph and Antonia Caron; brothers, Ernest, George, Arthur, and Camille; sisters, Helene, Alice and Bertha. A funeral service for the late Mrs Marguerite Fletcher will be conducted on Thursday, January 28, 2016 from the Grace United Church, Wainwright, Alberta at 1:30p.m. with Reverend Pamela Milton officiating. Any memorial contributions may be made to the Wainwright Auxiliary Patient Comfort Fund.
