Obituary of Anthony James Taylor

We are extremely saddened to announce the sudden passing of our beloved partner and son Anthony James Taylor on October 18, 2023 in Lloydminster, Alberta at age 36. Born in Truro, Nova Scotia Anthony leaves to mourn the love of his life Sara Wiffen and their two fur babies, Sophie and Bob the Cat. Also left to mourn are his parents Rhonda and Terry Taylor, brother Ryan and maternal grandmother Linda Gratto, all of Truro, Nova Scotia. Many Uncles, Aunts and Cousins. Anthony was pre deceased by his maternal grandfather Fred Gratto and his paternal grandparents Francis and Frank Taylor. Anthony was an avid gamer with friends and fellow gamers all over the world. He routinely played with his long time friend Mike Reid of Truro, Nova Scotia and the rest of his squad, Shane and Jay from the United Kingdom and Floyd and Craig Morine from Dartmouth Nova Scotia. Play on Gentlemen. We would like to thank all of the first responders for their efforts on Anthony’s behalf. And especially John Battye (Jodi) for stepping in immediately and giving it his all to try and save him. Donations in Anthony’s memory can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to your local SPCA.
