Obituary of Rita Irene Ingram

On January 12, 2024, Rita Ingram of Lloydminster, Alberta passed away peacefully in the Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre at the age of 97.  She will be forever missed by her sons Gregg (Maryanne) of Sherwood Park, Alberta and Grant (Tan) of Fort Erie, Ontario and granddaughters Jessica (Jon) and Shanna.  She was predeceased by her husband of 72 years, Earl; and her sister Marg (Bill) Munday.

Our sincere thanks to Dr. Sayeed, Dr. Du Plooy and the staff at the Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre for the kind care they provided Rita during the seven years that she lived there.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service.  Those wishing to honor her memory can do so with an act of kindness for a stranger
