Obituary of Terrence Dale Haydukewich
TERRENCE {TERRY} DALE HAYDUKEWICH was born in PRINCE ALBERT SASK to Joe and Tillie. Terry was raised in Candle Lake with Sister Sandra brothers Garry, Brian, Ronald and Douglas. In his younger years living at Candle Lake he was an avid fisherman, hunter, trapper & lumberjack leading into cutting pulp for Woodlands. Terry spent many summers with the family at Rainbow Lodge renting boats, guiding fishermen, assisting in many other miscellaneous chores. A memorable favourite place today.
In the 1980’s Terry moved to Alberta to work with his brother Doug in the oilfield industry. Running backhoe, skid steer, repairing oilfield leases in the Clandonald, Vermilion area.
Terry was always ready to have fun with friends young and old. He could always play the guitar for hours making the family music festivities eventful. Garry and Terry made a fantastic dual entertaining the family and friends at several special occasions.
Terry loved his sports especially Toronto Mapleleafs and Saskatchewan Roughriders. Family were sure to receive texts throughout the games.
Terry was a loving son, a loyal brother, and a young uncle, who to some was like an older brother.
Just so you all know Terry and Wanda met at Nicks coffee shop June 26/2010. He was winking at her and she finally noticed.
The last fourteen years Terry spent time singing around campfires, digging potatoes at Bellis Farm, fishing at whitefish lake and most of all enjoying the backyard bragging about his cucumbers as well as Playing the guitar having a beer in his favorite man cave was a common occurrence.
Terry was proud of his Reno’s and maintenance work with Wanda at Canterbury Villa.
He will be sadly missed and leaves cherishing his memories his most loving partner Wanda Goruk. Sister Sandra, Brother Doug, Sisters in laws Betty and Bev. Aunt Gladys Stewart. Beatrice Shaner. Also mourning his loss are Lorna (Ernie) Chuck, Lorraine (Brad), Susan (Tony) Wanda’s Dad Peter Goruk. Numerous cherished Friends and Family
Terry was predeceased by his father Joe, his mother Tillie, infant sister Ellen, Brothers Garry Ronald and Brian & Brother in law Don Aiken.
All his nieces and nephews loved their Uncle Terry;
