Obituary of Hazel Bernice Boothman
Hazel Boothman passed away July 8, 2017 in Lloydminster at the age of 71 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Ronald; children Marc (Maria) Boothman and Laurie (Wade) Ratcliffe; grandchildren Isabella, Matteo, Liam, and Evan; sister Isabelle Ringuette; and brother Jim Klyne (Maria). She was predeceased by her parents Clement and Simone Klyne. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Dewberry Hall. Memorial Donations may be made to Haying in the 30's or charity of choice.
