Obituary of Ben Klatt

Ben Klatt passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015 at the age of 88 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Catherine Klatt; children Marie Bardoel, Dolores (Garry) Bardoel, Bernadette McNeil, Lawrence Klatt (Janice Noel), Lorraine Young, John (Tami) Klatt, Elaine (Don) Lysons, and Rebecca (Mark) Butler; grandchildren Erinn (Duane) Baldwin, Shawn Bardoel, Danielle (Murray) Brown, Bradley Bardoel, Sally Bardoel, Christopher Bardoel, Jessica (Chad) Staden, Jorden Bardoel, Matthew McNeil, Melissa McNeil (Nathan), Deven Klatt, James Klatt, Lana Young, Ryan Young, Marcus Klatt, Meagan Klatt, Taylor Klatt, Daniel Lysons, Samantha Lysons, Mitchell Lysons, Sydney Butler, and Hailey Butler; great grandchildren Braden, Joshua, and Kaitlyn Baldwin, Layla Brown, and Charlie Staden; siblings Hannah Walsh and Len (Adele) Klatt; as well as numerous family and friends. He was predeceased by his son David Klatt; son in law Rob McNeil; grandchild Carlina Klatt; great grandchild Liam Brown; parents Fred and Eda; brother Albert; and sister Edna (Gordon) Anderson. A Prayer Service will be held at the Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Vermilion on Monday, October 19, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at the Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Vermilion on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial Donations may be made to The Food Bank, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Friends of Vermilion Health Centre or charity of choice.
