Obituary of Edgar Johnston

Edgar "Ed" Johnston passed away on August 2, 2015 in Lindbergh at the age of 80 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his partner Sheila MacIvor; children Don (Rhoeda) Currie, Carol Currie, Linda (Paul) Weaver, and Shirley (Bill) MacKenzie; step daughter Jenn MacIvor (Darryle Cote); six grandchildren and four great grandchildren; siblings Russel Currie, Bob (Barb) Currie, Gladys (Jack) Thomas, and Jerry (Ann) Currie as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents James (Pearl) Currie; siblings Len, Ernie, Ray, and Mervin Currie. A Private Family Service will take place at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the S.P.C.A., nearest Animal Rescue Society, or charity of choice.
