For my friend Diane Ziomek in God's Country on the passing of her Father, Mike... THOUGHTS... August 03, 2014... This morning I went for a stroll To the park and stood upon a knoll And looked to the great northwest To God's Country that I love best The morning was silent and so still As I stood there upon that little hill The silence of giant bubbles' release Did not disturb the morning's peace Each bubble a thoughtful prayer for you As the bubbles reached up to the blue The greetings with each passer-by They did not see the tears I cry I am here feeling oh so sad At the passing of your dad And as he is laid to rest Hands folded gently upon his breast Know that God calls the very best... Please be safe and well and know that my thoughts and prayers are constantly of and for you...You are never alone...Love Me
