Obituary of Hazel Dicke

Hazel Dicke, beloved wife of the late Abe Dicke, passed away with her family by her side on December 2, 2013 at the age of 96 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Ralph (Doreen) Dicke of Vermilion, Doreen (Milo) Ward of Lacombe, Marion Dicke of Accra, Ghana, Gwen (Paul) Short of Edmonton, and Sandra (Shannon) Katuski of Vermilion; son in law Stephen Scott of La Corey; twenty grandchildren; forty two great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; siblings Gladys Barclay, Keith (Sharon)Harde, and Ken (Lee) Hard; sisters in law Elda Dyck and Mary Dyck; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Hazel was predeceased by her husband Abe Dicke and daughter Lorraine Scott. A Funeral Service will be taking place at Parkview Alliance Church, Vermilion on Monday, December 9, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Bryce Ashlin - Mayo, officiating. Interment will take place at the Vermilion Public Cemetery. Memorial Donations may be made to the Parkview Alliance Building Fund, M.M.C.T. (Mobile Member Care Team) or the charity of the donor's choice.
