Obituary of Eileen Elmira Fletcher

Eileen Elmira Fletcher was born in Wainwright, Alberta on June 27, 1929 to William and Hattie Plaxton. Eileen passed away at Wainwright Health Centre Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 87 years of age. Eileen was predeceased by her husband, Kip Fletcher; parents, William and Hattie Plaxton; and all her siblings, she was the last surviving member of her immediate family: Slim (Beth) Plaxton, Thelma (Jack) McClennon, Ed (Ella) Plaxton, Lulu (Gib) Creech and Earl (Bettie) Plaxton. Eileen is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; as well as friends and neighbours. A Graveside Service will take place Monday, June 19, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at Wainwright Cemetery, Wainwright, Alberta. The service will be officiated by Reverend Pamela Milton and a luncheon will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion, Wainwright, Alberta.
